For projects, clients and meetings
Every meeting, linked to the project it was about.
Write the notes from a call while it happens. Orbgem offers the link to the client and the project as you type, a template gives every meeting the same fields, and Collect turns a week of notes into one write-up.
Solo is free. A vault started here begins with the Atlas project, a meeting template, a client intake checklist and a call to tidy.

Features
Built for the week between meetings
Every client, project and person is a note. Write about them in passing, and each one gathers everything said about it.
Meetings with the same fields
A meeting template gives each new meeting its date, attendees and decisions as a small form at the top of the note. Typing in a field rewrites that line of the note.
Every type is a table
Give notes a type such as Meeting or Client, and every note of that type becomes one table you can sort by any of its properties.
Collect a week into a write-up
Collect takes a run of days, or only the entries you marked with bold text, a highlight or an open task, and drafts a note that embeds each one in order.
See what connects
The graph shows each client, project and person as a capsule and every mention as a wire, so a project's history is one click from its note.
Messages you fill in
A block with a placeholder like
<NAME>renders a field. Copy gives you the finished follow-up, not the template.Tasks where they were said
Write a task in the middle of a meeting's notes and it stays there. Tasks in the rail lists every open one in the vault, with the note it is in.
Write down the next meeting
Create a vault and take the notes from your next call. They will be linked to the project before you have decided where they belong.
